weekend before last we flew to raleigh (waleigh, as henry says) for gary's dad's Air America reunion. Gary's sister, brother in law, and our new cousin all met us there too. It was a great reunion of all sorts, Air America and Vaughan Family.
This marked Owen's first time to fly and Henry's fourth time to fly. We had a little over an hour delay (buckled in our seats, on the plane, with little to no air conditioning) both ways, but both boys did really well. Since we each held a child in our laps, we were not able to sit together (all four of us) due to the planes not having enough oxygen masks for two infants on laps. So that stunk ... I didn't get to hear Henry's reaction to flying, which he was really excited about. Maybe next time. The trip itself was fast and furious, but we all enjoyed ourselves. Our new niece was absolutely adorable. We were sad to leave - certainly wished we all lived closer.

owen playing on the bed in our hotel room

on the way to dinner -
henry zonked. this is a rare
occurrence for
henry. he's a good sleeper, but normally enjoys riding in the car so much he hardly sleeps when riding. he was really tired, and this was just the first day of the trip!
owen, awake in the car while
henry was sleeping. he was a trooper and was good old
owen the whole trip, easy going and sweet.

dinner at a little Irish pub.
owen is taking it all in as you can see ...

fun times. traveling with two was an adventure!
it was different, as each day is, going from toting around one to two little ones.
the boys were/are pretty easy on us, for that we were/are thankful. here's to waleigh!

This is the first time I have seen Elizabeth! She's gorgeous! Uncle Ruben, Mom, Dad and I were glad to get a glimpse of her!
