bye bye red wolves

war eagle and go green!
what a fun weekend. kicked off saturday's events with our traditional on campus run. henry was super excited and did not want to go home afterwards.
but we made it back home and he helped me make "not yo mama's banana pudding" for the tailgate. he made sure to taste everything to see that it passed the test.

below is henry's version of "thumb's up" (smile)
owen was a big help in preparing for the festivities. :)
Tailgating in 2010 ... Owen's first tailgate! He had a blast. Henry had a blast. Gary and I had a blast. It was a great day on the Plains, even if our defense was sub-par against the old red wolves..
we tried to get all the kiddos from this week in one picture (there are many others, just didn't make it to this first game) - so here are all my "takes." pretty funny if you ask me-but all things considered I thought all the boys did well! (where are the girls?!?)

owen enjoying the tailgate

gary really wanted to take H to the game and so they went. O and I hung out at the tailgate until close to halftime and headed home. Henry enjoyed the game ... and LOVED the tailgate.
the rest of our weekend was filled with normal catching up on household stuff, gary studying (he recently started his masters in MIS through distance learning at Auburn), taking the dogs out to the land, and lots of bath time.
shelby and bricks (above) post bath time. savannah (below) looking sad as ever post bath time. five minutes after this photo she decided she no longer wanted to "dry off" outside and dug a hole in the grass. argh.
funny O
liked this profile shot of O ...
crazy shark towel man
an attempt at getting owen's two RAZOR sharp bottom teeth on film.
just cuteness.
here's to a great weekend! hope everyone has a wonderful week ...

Cute cute kids. Thinking back to the Auburn partying days, its hilarious that we have kids now.
